Default Orb of Tishan utility

Just wondering if any of fellow necro use it (before charming undead), and what is his real utility at 60 (proc rate) with 120+ dex.

Thanks!

I'm 99% positive it is more trouble than it is worth.

Only worthwhile for a bard.

Soloing, useless. You will take way too much damage trying to tank the mob when procing. If you are fearing it maybe but that would be outdoor with lots of space and then I dunno what you'd even be charming.

In a group, where you are charming for DPS, it has some value. Namely if your group has no enchanter (if it has one, then useless), and hopefully others have an orb or walking stick.

When duoing or trioing with another Druid, we occasionally wield our Journeyman's Walking Sticks to proc tash on mobs before clicking strings. The amount it helps is debatable though. Seen his pet break before mine several times when his has Tash and mine doesn't. Level is far more important when determining breaks.

In summary, nice toy, minimal relevance until they fix bard stacking.

I use it. Rarely. It can suck to proc. Never for charm pets unless i'm in a group with someone else to tank it while I try to proc.

Bard stacking isn't fixes until After PoP though, correct? I remember keeping my Breastplate of the Void on me well after having Rizlona BP.

Edit: or is bard stacking "fixed" on this server? Haven't had a chance to test it out here.

Breastplate of the Void was useful aside from bard tracking. It was Hp on shaman's focus line and more importantly resists which stacked with almost everything. I would often use my Druids tunic in fights where resisting was more important than a few extra Hp.
