Miscellaneous: Unable to drink alcohol + Kelethin Pixie Dust quest

Greetings,

I am unable to drink alcoholic beverages in-game. At all. I receive no error or message of any kind. It is just that when I right-click on some booze nothing happens.

Beyond that the pixie dust quest in Kelethin gave faction, XP, gold, and a random piece of patchwork armor. It does not seem to give armor on the P99 server.
