I am just interested in seeing how new guilds will work out, the leaders, the raid leaders who can actually lead and know the encounters well enough to carry even the worst players/recruits whatever. While keeping this up on a daily basis almost and be respected by guild members so they will follow that person and not dick off and expect to ride along for loot.
