Only 1 account gets error

Only 1 account gets error

Only my Monk account is getting errors when I try to log in. "Unknown Error unable to connect to server" Here are the facts.

I was on it and I FD and /q to clear aggro prior to this happening.
I can log into Red 99 on the account
I can log into P99 on my other accounts
Other people get the same error trying to log it into P99 as well.

Suggestions?
