Default Hosting a good server

You guys are really good at hosting Project 1999, and I have a few questions.

Do you host the domain project1999.org on the same server as the game server?
Is the game server just 1 computer or many computers? If it is multiple computers, how do they share the work?

As I understand it it's split across multiple Windows VMs on the same server chassis, so www, blue, red and their respective database would have their own VM...

At the very least you should split off the www, database, and world servers so your server is scalable and you can move each of them onto different hardware easily. Moving VMs around is way easier than reinstalling stuff. I don't think you can split zone servers off onto different servers so the world server is pretty monolithic.
