Shaman Melee

Do shamans gain melee weapon skill at a slower rate? I am level 13 and have been unable to get Piercing above (56). I hit 56 in about thirty swings then not a single skill up after several hundred swings later. My 2HB also is capped at this.

Offense and Defense are both at level (65).

Anyone had this happen to them? This doesnt seem normal.

Yeah, priest weapon skills are capped at (Lvl + 1) x 4
