Best class for the resistance?

Thinking of best class for the resistance. This can be two fold, PvP, or PvE. PvP - wise necro dots are pretty hard to resist, I think I can smoke some nihilum fairly easily without alot of gear.

PvE wise, shaman or wizard? What does the resistance need most to outraid/gear nihilum?

Necros are garbage in pvp. Your blood boil line will be dispelled instantly and your psn/disease dots cured right away.

Play a wizard or cleric.

Necros are mediocre here because lifetaps don't work like heals on r99. Tho the dmg is reduced healing effects should be 100%. 300hp tap should be 200 dmg, 300 heal.
