Hey all,
I'm sure this could also be posted in the tech forum but figured I'd start here. I use an iphone 4s more often than not to watch twitch however recently (about ~a month ago or so) I am essentially unable to watch due to large amounts of lag. I have no issues with any other app on my phone or computer, and twitch streams just fine on my comp. After running a connection speed test on both devices I thought maybe it had something to do with the capacity of connection speed on my phone vs my computer (of which I believe my phone's connection caps out around 5 mbps down, comp runs at about 57 down/11 up atm) I've tried adjusting twitch video quality among other fixes but I find myself with the same results, has anyone ran into this issue as well or should I just start watching from a different device? thanks in advance [You must be logged in to view images. You'd be better off posting this on twitch's forums but what they're going to do is blame it on your ISP/phone carrier because that's all they do when you try to tell them their website/streaming is garbage.

if using twitch app: you can only stream in what the individual is streaming unless they are a sponsored streamer, then you can change the quality. So, If I'm streamiing in 1080p you can only watch in 1080p.
