Engorging Roots (L56) occasionally breaks on lower level mobs like kobolds in solb. working as intended? this is 100% new to me. anything below 50 hasn't been able to do that since recently.

Yes last patch made it so spells actually broke at random times and arent stay full timers..Classic
Understandable since everything is a RNG roll and has a chance to fail in EQ/DND... but haven't seen any evidence posted about this. People talk about classic screenshots of Ice Comet getting resisted by a snake and whatnot, never actually seen em though.
