Ornate Velium Pendant? Should be UNLIMITED CHARGES?
Ornate Velium Pendant that drops off councilors should have unlimtied charges for a little bit, it then changed to im guessing 4 I dunno i had a unlimited on live, ill do some digging, Can anyone confirm/deny?

There is a thread about this currently. They have both limited and unlimited in their loot table, they have flags so that when it goes live unlimited will drop until flag A is hit and it stops dropping in favor of limited.
