Quest Issue: Lesser Spirit for starting Shaman epic is bugged

Tried it both in FoB and Rathe Mtns...

When lesser spirit is spawned to start the shaman epic quest it says "testing this i guess" and will not respond to hails or continue the dialog.

It will not give you the gem either.

You need to be Indifferent to begin the quest.

Get an enchanter or bard to charm the spirit so that you may get the gem.

As far as responding, you need indifferent faction as per a recent bug report/fix.
