Character stuck trying to log into zone Dalnir - Won't let me log in

I am trying to log into zone Dalnir and it won't let my character in, keeps saying "you have been disconnected". Now I cant even get on that character at all. Let me know if you need any more info.

If you are still stuck, roll a new character and /petition YourMainName cannot log into Dalnir, need to be moved.

Yes this is red server, should have clarified.
I put a petition in hours ago, still no response.

How long do in game petitions usually take and do guides/gm's typically message you when they resolve an issue like this? If I log out does my petition pooof? ^^

No idea, this is my first petition, I have submitted it several times over the course of the day when I've been on different characters, and I also sent an in-game GM a /tell. So far no response. My character has been stuck for 24 hours, first ingame petition was 10 hours ago.

Hmmmmm... I also am having an issue like that.... I have been trying to make a Halfling Ranger (just because) i get all the way through character creation and when it attempts to enter the world i get a plain black screen with white text that says "You have been disconnected" i am able to log in as other characters and i made an Iksar Shaman (just because) to test my theory if it was all new characters or what.. I guess it seems to be zone related?.. also i am on the Blue Server..

Halfling Rangers don't exist so you may be able to create the character but you won't be able to play it. The client lets you do it but the server will deny you until kingdom come if you try to enter Norrath.
