What would level faster a human or iksar monk? Does the Iksar's regen/AC make up for the exp penalty while soloing? I will be dropping about 500pp wroth of gear on the monk.

You'll get there quicker on a human I'd say, the iksar monk penalty is 44% which is more than a non-racial penalty hybrid.

I wouldn't solo 1-60, if you really need that regen keep plenty of bandages on you at all times and even try and borrow a friend's fungi if you know anyone kind enough [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

if you plan on mostly soloing, the iksar regen cant be overlooked. Its very useful.

None of that AC bonus either, but if time was short I'd go human. Even if its to stand out - probably 75-80% lizard monks running around.
