Tradeskill Question

Hello everybody!

I am a new player to p1999, originally playing EQ from the beginning of the Kunark Expansion and quit during the LoY expansion. So far my experience on p1999 has been great.

I have a few questions about tradeskills:
1. Can one character have multiple tradeskills over 200?
2. Does a character have to be of the corresponding race to create cultural forged and tailored armors? ie: can a gnome make dwarven plate? Troll make ogre mail, etc.
3. Does one have to be of the corresponding religion in the case of imbued armors (to create them)? Or just have the imbued gem? ie: Can an agnostic dark elf make Inny imbued adamanite armor?
