Game Mechanics: Strange bug fixed

I turned in 4 belts to Canloe Nusbak in Kaladim. Instead of dropping the 4 rewards in my inventory, I accidently dropped them on Canloe. Game froze and booted me to login.
I logged back in, tried to give him a CB Pad and again, booted to login.
Tried a again, give him a pad, booted straight to login.
Log in once more, give Canloe 1 CP and the items I had dropped on him appear back on my cursor and I put them in my inventory.
Then he accepted belts and pads as normal.

Dunno what happened, but that's how I "fixed" it.

Anyone else encountered this?
