Cleric Looking for Partner/Group

Hello,
This is Saerdna (of Blue) server. My cleric is currently 16 and slow-rotting because every time I log in I spend 30-60 minutes finding a group if I can find one at all. I've been told I can solo if I make the trek to Kurns or somewhere similar. I just want to park my cleric somewhere steady and be able to reliably find a group.

I tried this at Unrest already and found that sometimes I'd be lucky enough to find a group when there weren't 3 other clerics my level already in zone. And then of course had to wait out the PL groups that burned through and claimed whole floors at a time.

So... trying to not rant... which I realize is already late. Is there someone out there willing to make a duo or a static with a cleric? Easiest way is to PM me here, or find me in game on Saerdna (16 CLR) or lately Pohten (13 and climbing SHM).

Have you joined a guild? If not <Rants & Flames> has ~50 members who are all between 10 and 25. Only a very small handful who are 30+. I think it has really helped some of our members with grouping!

Well things are going better, randomly messaged a warrior near my level and we ended up going to Oasis... hopefully my good luck continues.

I had the same problem on my Cleric alt. I hardly ever play him because it is impossible to find groups at lower levels a lot of the time outside zones like Oasis. I recommend camping him in a zone with a decent amount of undead so you can solo while you look for a partner/group. Clerics are better at soloing undead than even wizards - really - your undead nukes are the best damage nukes out of any class at the lower levels.

Kurns really is the best idea tbh. It is probably THE best zone for leveling 12-20, especially if you don't fuck your Burynai faction so you can go into the basement / caverns and kill the higher level undead there with almost zero competition.

If you are able to find a partner without messed up Burynai faction (Everyone starts Dubious), you will not find better experience 15-20 (maybe even 21/22) anywhere in Norrath.

Seemed like I was always competing with 5 other clerics when I was trying to level my cleric. Make a tank class alt. If you aren't having luck with the cleric or sham try the tank.

I just / all war 14-18 and start sending tells. Hey, do you have a group? Oh, you do... Does your group need a cleric? Oh, shucks. Well, would you let me know if a spot comes open? I'll keep looking in the meantime!

I usually get a group in 20 min regardless of the class I'm playing.

Start sending tells to people in range or look into a guild. Genocidal Tendencies has at least 2-4 groups going a night with a plethora of information on our site to help up and comers. Look for us if you want good exp. At least 20 people in mumble at primetime. Never go exp hungry again.
