Social scale question...

Okay so from values I found on the web:

Ally :1200 +
Warmly: 701 to 1999
Kindly: 501 to 700
Amiably :101 to 500
Indifferent : 0 to 100
Apprehensive : -100 to -1
Dubious : -500 to -101
Threatening : -800 to -501
Scowl : -801 to -2800

The values did seem to match when I did the quest Brandy for Rohan. Now I cant seem to get out of apprehensive with VS faction for outpost in OT. I accidentally killed my faction in Kaesora 3 weeks ago but after close to 15 braid turn ins (That's 60 braids) in apprehensive, I should be way out of it now. Is it bugged? Or the values I have are wrong?

The values are probably wrong, because first of all there is no "ally" status on this server, that comes a bit later. So the values may not match the server right now.

Well is there any social scale chart for P99? Ive been looking but couldn't find anything. ><

Edit: Ive been refusing groups in KC for the last 2 days cause I don't want to scrap faction further till I get the OT hammer. Im just wondering at this point if its bugged and worth petitioning for or just say feck it and give up. I don't really have the money for overpriced puppetstrings right now.

Nothing concrete that I've seen. The only way to really test a faction is to be max kos, then get to max warmly...and see how many kills it took altogether, then update the wiki.

Some quests give more faction than killing a mob would do, so its no easy task :/

The sum of these modifiers is your consider number. What is output by the client is one of nine messages, depending on the consider number (unconfirmed numbers on p99):
Below -801, scowls at you, ready to attack
-800 to -501, views you threateningly
-500 to -101, glowers at you dubiously
-100 to -1, is apprehensive
0 to 99, is indifferent
100 to 499, is amiable
500 to 699, kindly considers you
700 to 1099, views you warmly
1100 and up, you are an ally
