If one if business has been good for years, it does make perfect sense to leak accurate information about your operations.

It isn't hard to determine a list of likely suppliers. P1999 doesn't have a huge community, and there are only so many folks on the server who have both the means and the opportunity to sell hundreds of thousands or millions of platinum as well as multiple examples of various high-end items.

In so many words, those level 10 newbies fighting for gnoll fangs in blackburrow aren't supplying platlord.
