Every tradeskiller staying quiet about this is gonna hate me. But these should cost 26pp and change, not 5pp and change.

The recipe to make it which cost about 10pp in components was not live until after Luclin.

Then somewhere in late 2003 Nimren poofed and came back with a version of the temper that only cost around 6pp.

You can see people talking about the price of the item in the comments, it was still 26pp and change in early 2003.
