Western Wastes - Scout Charisa

Scout Charisa is supposed to be on Claws of Veeshan faction. Currently I am kindly(warmly with Pendant) and she is KoS.

She's right behind the SG zone, up the one hill towards the ocean, in a little cove...

She is on CoV faction, so if you are hated by dragons, you will be KOS.

She's for the Benevolence quest that starts in SS...you get a set of tools from Leuz, take to her, hand them in, and some giants spawn...need to kill the Kromriff Capt, loot the disk, then take back to Charisa, who gives you the Robe of Benevolence...you can take it to Leuz for the Bracer of Bene...or you can take that back to Charisa for the Talisman of Bene...
