Where is the picture from? You might be using one of those sites (imageshack is one) that tries to put a thumbnail of a picture up so that you click it to go to their site, to get the ad revenue etc for them.

Use www.imgur.com (or www.minus.com for pics/gifs over 2MB), then post link here in {IMG} tags.
