Default Pet still wandering off

Was asked by a guide to post here after two incidents. Looks like pets are still wandering off or just disappearing in general again. Once guarded, once not guarded.

Most who charm regularly can say that this does occasionally happen, but it looks to be doing this more frequently now. Even then, a lot of times is chalked up to ghosting and telling the pet to sit usually reverts him back to where he was before. Twice in HS South, my charmed pet decided to disappear and come back with an army of mobs, no ghosting beforehand. The guide says there seems to be many others having this same issue today and that I should post the details here.

My MS paint skills are pretty fail, so I'll just describe the location using the numbers on the wiki map. Both incidents occurred near #11 in HS South. The first time was right outside the room on your left if you were at #11 and moved north and turned left. The second time is right at the cave entrance (3-way intersection) at the northern entrance of room #11.

Yeah, this bug is definitely still around, although I can't comment on frequency beyond that since I never use /pet guard here anymore! Well, I don't use it during fights. I think I've only ever had a guarding pet bug off through walls if he was guarding a location at the moment combat ended.

Had numerous instances of this in Lower Guk:

AM area, hall just behind him. I've had:
1) mobs + pet ghosting/stuck in wall twice, couldn't cast on them
2) Pet warp to I'venoideawhere

Sentinel area: When pulling in the hall behind the 3 dar spawns, mobs and/or pet got stuck in walls/warped.

Between AM and the safe hall, right before the first of the double spawns if coming from AM: Pet warped to the south and came back with a nice train.

With and without using /pet guard.

Right, the point is that it seems to have issues whether or not on guard now.

Also, as Tecmos mentioned, it usually only happens right after combat (pet attempting to return to former "guard" position). This doesn't seem to matter anymore because in both of my instances, the pet was not in combat before this happened.

Same issue here, pet occasionally wanders off even when on Follow mode. When this happens, pet ignores all commands (ie, back off, etc).

If you put a pet on guard @ freeti - all the mobs start wigging out and pathing thru walls and just wandering off & all other mobs just randomly agro it from everywhere.

It's fun....
