Blank Server List

Just tried to log on for the first time in a couple months. Downloaded and installed the newest patch, and when I went to log in the server list was completely blank. I can't find any other threads on the topic, and have tried reinstalling the patch to no avail. Anyone have an idea on what I could try next?
