On P99 Blue, the GMs placed a GPS tracker on each chars leg that tracked info such as main guild status, alt guild status, etc. and monitored which zones they were in and what numbers they had in a zone at all times (camped etc.) It would also monitor their in-game psyches such as their intentions during a raid window of whether they're "really" XPing or not during a spawn window.

It's just really apparent to me that we need WAY more rules on this server because there aren't enough already that debilitate guilds like TMO who are just killing my buzz with their kills, man. Let's make it so everyone gets a fair shot, like WoW. This isn't 1999 anymore guys, it's time to be adults.

As a caveat to this please let IB/FE keep their double-dipping bag limit status. It's fair because they're under the radar and not TMO, who are bad because they're bad. Thanks.
