Follow this. After that is all finished, petition in game if you are still suck afterwards. Once we move you if still stuck, the situation won't happen again.

Step 3 - File Deletions
The following files must be renamed or removed from the Everquest Titanium directory. The best thing to do would be to create a "Backups" folder and move them to this folder.

This worked. I had thought id had done that when installed..Guess i missed it! Thanks!
