Spells: Denon's Disruptive Discord not considered as DoT

Hi!

Just noticed that bard AoE song Denon's Disruptive Discord applies full damage each tick, even if mob is being kited instead of 2/3 as other DoTs.

Didn't check Chords of Dissonance song but will have to (since it's another AoE DoT song rather than single target DoT song)

are u guys for real? there was no acknowledgement to any bard issues in years (and still is not...if u saw his reply) and u think im the one being a pain in the ass?

go play a broken class

sorry for trying to regularize a class that has been broken for years? (pre kunark ALL the bard issue that got posted were fixed) some of those issues are game changing (triple tash)

linking rogean's sig makes no sense.
