Can't Access Account

Hello all fellow EQ'ers!

I'm having trouble accessing my account with all my characters on it.

I have the login/pw readily available.

It was soon after EQEMU was taken down that I haven't been able to access my account.

I really REALLY hope that my account / characters weren't deleted because I had alot of time invested into each character, specifically my 56 Shaman Iksar.

I'm not sure what the trouble is either, I had my brother help me out when he could but even then that didn't help.

I've got a clean version of Titanium (since the EQEMU went down I assumed it had to be done)

And I've got (or seemingly need to) get all latest updated patches so that really isn't the issue for me, I can do that no problem, it's just being able to access my account since EQEMU was taken down.
