EQEmu Patcher 1.81

This new patcher has been annoying the hell out of me since its release.

Unlike the old patcher, this patcher refuses to look for or update my global.txt file, or my spells file.

It simply patches itself, and won't do anything else. I've tried multiple times on deleting my old global.txt file to try and get it to dl and nothing works.

What can I do now? Right now my file is corrupt and I need to get a new one as when loading into the character screen, EQ blacks out and crashes.
