It was never All/All, but it was clickable from Inventory

But no. it no longer drops.

The Mask of Deception, which took it's place still drops, but it's only clickable when Equiped.

Mask of Deception is clickable from inventory, but only if you're a bard or rogue.

Yeah, it's just a shame they were basically sold for plat by the winners of those events back when account sales were popular.

They still give them out for gm events? I am hoping for the release of velious they do something similar to what they did for the release of kunark, would love another chance.
