Stam Calculations Wrong On Wiki?

was looking at the wiki and noticed this in regards to stamina/hp calculations

the left column is accurate ( my druid gets ab 3 hps at 60 while my paly gets around 5) but the right column didnt seem to apply at all

115 stam is softcap? everything above that is half the hps it would normally give for that class?

Not sure where that was researched but it doesnt seem to apply, at least not with stam over a measly 115.

anyone else able to shed some light?

getting left column sta-> hp conversions on my SK at level 60 and over 200 stamina

so yeah I dont know where they got this stuff about 115 being some kind of soft cap
