I think it's double blue (200%) with the 1-49 bonus on top of that.

I can't lvl more than 8 lvls in 1 session. I went from 27-35 on my rogue and just couldn't stand being logged on for more than 3 hours.

1-50 theres an EXTRA bonus from like 100% to 1% then whatever exp bonus we have
