I just got done reading Rogean's message regarding how the way guilds treat each other, having a potential impact on Velious raid content release.

It seems that there is some level of uncertainty by red players as far as if the message of treating each other better is applicable to the red community.

Once more, my sincere apologies for having to call upon you. But I'd hate to have the people in our server continuing to operate in a toxic matter, just because they weren't aware they were being addressed.
