Somebody fuckin help meh

Wrong forum but tech forum is pretty much dead right now apparently. Downloaded and installed titanium on my Mac and wine wrapper from a guide here on p99 forums. After I've done all the steps and have the patches correct, how dafuq do I actually run EQ? Eqgame.exe file won't open cause it's incompatible with OSX.

I'm not knowledgeable about this shit especially macs so help me out please!
