Please fix signatures

The new restrictions on signature size suck. I understand you all want to limit people having massive sigs but its basically impossible to have a gif sig now with the size limits. Pls fix this. Also, thread tagging? <3

Signed, my choice of gifs got really limited.

I equate those with flashy/huge sigs to those who drive around with their windows down, blasting whatever terrible music they love. Both are trying very hard to somehow be noticed.
