Game Mechanics: Won't let me bind in Kaladim

I can't remember what night it was now but I think it was maybe last thursday? (22nd) A guildie was attempting to bind myself and 2 others and it kept saying the thing about bind affinity will not bind you try a city or whatever. I know there are threads on this for Neriak and Oggok but I did not see one for Kaladim. I did check after zoning back out into BB and it still said I was bound in NFP. We ended up running over to Gfay and it worked no prob. Inside Kaladim we tried both directly inside zone and right inside the gate or whatever and said same thing.
