Game Mechanics: Qey Hill guards/wolves

I've been noticing today that the Qeynos Hill guards are not willing to save me from gray wolves. This seems odd.

qeynos hills animals are under the protection of the surefall glades druids (all but the rabid ones)

I think the guards wont assist because of this. Certainly on live if you were fighting an animal and the roaming druids caught you they'd flatten you (not sure if they do here or not)

Holly sure does, was just surprised the guards wouldn't help me.
