Lower Guk Camps Ranked

I know this sounds crazy (especially since I played back on live in the old days) but I never learned Guk. Now my shaman is level 51 and Guk seems like a great spot to solo, but there's only one problem: the zone is crazy busy, and I have no idea where to go in it.

Last night I went to Lower Guk and someone did a camp check. Several people named camps, but since I didn't know what camps exist (and thus which were available) I wasn't sure where to go. I tried to figure out potential camps from the map, but it lists a ton of different NPCs, and some of them just drop crummy items (and aren't really worth camping), so it didn't give me a "camp list" either.

So, what I was hoping to get is a ranked list of camps in Guk. In other words "X is the best camp, Y is the second best camp, etc." That way I can show up, do a camp check, cross camps off the list, and then go to whichever camp is left that is ranked the highest.

Do people have opinions on which camps are best in Lower Guk? If so I'd love to hear them.

P.S. By "best" I mainly mean "has the most valuable rare loot", but other criteria (best exp, most valuable common drop, etc.) are worth considering too.

1a) Frenzy - FBSS (rare)
1b) King room - Platinum Tiara (not sure, never camped it, assuming pretty rare though)
2) Ass/Supplier for TBB (rare)
3) AM for Shining Metallic Robes, although being a caster he's probably a bitch to root rot

After those 4 it's pretty much a crapshoot with everything else ranging from 250-1kish.

I once gave away a TBB to a newbie rogue waiting for a mask.

Be sure to bring your camp lawyer book with you though whatever you're camping, because some asshat will always bring his to try and get you off a spawn.

When I'm in Lguk it's normally empty aside from Frenzied/AM camps. I usually start off with king/tactician camp (Crown of the froglok kings, Platinum tiara, Mithril 2hander) then work my way through the live side to clear herbalist(+8 PR/DR shoulder), noble(+7 MR/FR/CR neck slot), crusader(Runed mithril tunic), evil eye(WR bag) placeholders. I can usually clear all of these camps before the first one starts to repop, as a 60 druid.

Othertimes if its completely dead, I'll camp Frenzied/AM and whatever other undead mob PH's I can clear in between repops. It becomes a bit tougher to move around the undead areas of Lguk without IVU potions as a druid, so I tend to just stick to Frenzy/AM but sometimes I'll throw the ghoul lord in as well.
