Default /camp desktop

Instead of exiting the game gracefully, "/camp desktop" now displays the message box asking if you want to send the crash information to Sony, and then sometimes throws another error, something about illegal memory address blah blah.

It does that from time to time on various computers for me too. Does it after /camp server and /q as well. Not sure of the particular cause.

The "desktop" and "server" parameters should be removed until after Velious anyway.

Added parameters to the /camp command (the command that will cause you to camp out if you are already sitting). "/camp server" will take you back to the server selection screen. "/camp desktop" will take you out to the desktop following a successful camp. Despite popular request, "/camp spawn" will not be implemented.

I also get the report error to sony box. It usually happens after I have switched accounts a couple times, without going back to the desktop, then change zones on an account. It also poofs the character and allows you to log in immediately without an exemption. It's not consistent enough to replicate or exploit in my opinion.
