Would i get banned during a ban wave for using MQ2 on another server?

Now i use Macroquest 2 on The Hidden Forest when i play there, boxing quite a few characters, now i havnt ran it when i have played p99 once, and never plan to, but since its on my PC and has been used for THF would i get banned on p99, during a ban wave?
