Default Brain Bite (Concussion)

Basically it seems the pathing, as well as the placeholders for the human skeleton in City of Mist are pretty well messed up.

From what I can see, the mob shouldn't ever be these greater skeletons, which double for 109+.

In addition, it claims here that:

"Mardon, a human skeleton, is located in the City of Mist reaver tower at location +136 -641. The skeleton is kill-on-sight, but you can do the turn-in from around the corner without aggro. Give the correct bottle to the skeleton to receive a bottle of swirling smoke, which identifies as Mardon's Soul."

This is not possible here, I've tried and wasted two jars. I didn't get aggroed by the skeleton either time, but nothing happened after I handed it in from around the corner. Instead, what I've heard is the only way to complete the quest is to have someone charm the skeleton.

It's a huge hassle, and it's not really how it worked in classic. Primarily nobody wants to help out because the hallway has a few mobs that path behind it, so there's really no safe place to hang out except far above, where nothing can path to you. The first link claims that there's nothing which should path behind the skeleton.
