Taper Enchantment

When casting this spell on none-grouped players it removes buffs. Tested in Kedge only.

Chanter accidentally tapered me when trying to break charm - it removed my skin like nature.. then had her try again while I checked timer on next buff (clarity - had 11 min left) - it removed it too.
