NPC Spawn Issue: Bilge falthom pkt drop rate too high.

Hello, I have killed bilge a lot. "which I shouldn't be able to do"
He was ultra rare on live. Even if you know what ph's to kill. He was still maybe once every 2 days or so. I Have killed bilge probably 12 times on this server. It seems like for a month or so he is more rare than before. Which is good , but maybe needs to be even more rare.

My main beef is that the Pearl Kedge Totem drops more often than the reed belt. On eq live the reed belt went for around 300p during kunark. While the pkt went for over 10k. I killed bilge three times on eq live. He dropped the reed belt all 3 times. Maybe I just had bad luck. Out of the 12 times on p1999 that I killed him I got 4 reed belts and 8 pkt's.

Something just seems wrong when the reed belt is going for 5k now , and pkt's I've seen down as low as 4k. I did mention this months and months ago. So kinda late now when most people have the pkt already. On eq live only a handful of people had it. I rarely rarely saw someone with it.

Just wanted to let people know about this again. Seems like a bug to me on the drop rate. Pkt should be much rarer drop. Not the Common drop. I could show evidence if it is needed. I'm pretty sure it's not needed as this was common knowledge.
