1) There is a new Dev for Red working on resist code

2) No progress has been made on Teams 99

3) They are considering waiting on Teams 99 until after Velious

4) Teams 99 is quote, "A long time away"

5) Red with 1/8th the population of Blue takes more guides to police since so many people cheat
