Can you MQ a cazic's skin for wizard epic?

assumptions:
player who will MQ will have at least indifferent faction

theory:
I hand in the Note from Arantir to Kandin
MQer hands in Cazic's Skin to receive a bag
I hand in Mistletoe Powder to receive Staff of Gabstik
MQer hands bag back to Kandin and will receive Note to Arantir
We both go back to Dargon/Arantir, MQer hands him note to Arantir
I hand in 3 staves.


Is that right or am I missing something?
