Go Red on the Blue Server?

Hello. I am new here and used to play on Tallon Zek (Team pvp) from 1999-2005. I'm looking forward to meeting you all.

My question is since I come from a PVP background. Do many people turn in their tome of discord and go red on the "Blue Server"? I do not want to play on the empty red pvp server.
