Sin bin system for PvP on new server

So guys I was thinking and had some really good ideas, among them was an ice hockey style "sin bin" for those who train mobs and grief players.

What do you think? I think its a great idea. That way you remove offending players from the game for 2 minutes and everyone can play uninterrupted. We could even have live ESPN type scores at the top for each team for kills in the last 24 hours? What do you think?

Was going to create a poll to go with it but I think an open discussion about it would be more productive.
