blacked out character and mob models

I just downloaded eq titanium onto my desktop and did everything i was supposed to and when i log into project 1999 all the character models are black and the mob models as well while everything else seems to be fine. I deleted eq and reinstalled it and still the same problems. i updated my drivers to my graphics card and went into options and clicked off all the graphics options like dinamic lighting and still nothing. Would anyone have a solution for this? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks a bunch for your time.
