Error 1018

Saying I have an active character on the account, I have been logged off a good while like almost 2 hours, I was doing some work and had lunch. I started EQ and logged in but I am getting the error when I try to select p99 server.

I checked with another account but I do not see any of my toons online.

Any Ideas?
