Default minimum hardware specs to run the game?

i got this broken Dell Latitude D505 laptop and i'm contemplating buying a new hard drive to fix it if EQ will even run on it. can someone lead me to hardware minimums to play p99?

here's the specs below..it's pretty shitty.

General
OS Provided Microsoft Windows XP Professional
CPU Intel Celeron M 1.2 GHz
Memory
RAM 256.0 MB
Technology DDR SDRAM
Storage
Hard Drive 20.0 GB
Optical Drive DVD-ROM
Read Speed 8x

IDK what that has for a GPU, but the Celeron should be more than enough for the CPU.

as long as it has SOME kind of graphics card, you're fine.
