Default Aegis of life/Grimrot question?

How does his spawn and PH work on this server as someone told me it's different from how it was on live, not sure if that's true or not but I do see only standing skellies? Which one is exactly his PH? and does killing it at a certain gametime matter?

Just keep killing the placeholder that spawns every 6 minutes. It doesn't matter what time of day/night it is.

Grimrot is rare, and sometimes you will get the same version multiple times before you get the other one. The placeholder is the center skeleton in the cluster of 3 under the small structure at the north end of the camp.

I believe what is different from live is that the placeholder does not always wield a sword and all the skellies always stand on P99.

Hopefully you will have good luck and get your spawns quickly but be warned that some people have spent over 100 hours trying to get both pieces. It all depends on how the RNG is feeling that day.

These threads have some good information. Doesn't matter what time of day you kill it. Easiest thing to do is take some empty bags, load up an AE gather all the skeletons and AE them down every 7 minutes. Save the bone chips for faction quest in Qeynos (or Cabilis if so inclined) or sell to necros/sks.

The second has a picture showing which one is the PH.
